All questions and suggestions will be answered the same day or the following day after the receipt of the e-mail.

Taxes:

All taxes are subject to Pennsylvania local state tax laws for orders shipped and delivered within Pennsylvania.

Shipping:
Peach Blossom Items are shipped within the US we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.
Federal Express must have the recipient's phone number to qualify for delivery service. We will not contact your gift recipients unless we have problems with delivery.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email after your order has been shipped. You can track delivery status via tracking number on USPS,FEDEX or UPS websites.

Peach Blossom uses USPS and FEDEX to provide the following shipping options:

Gift Basket Shipping Specifications:
Chocolate: May to September chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value.
Wine Baskets according to local ordinances, gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to recipients 21 years and older living in: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, VT, WV, WI, WY.
Additionally, wine baskets containing Little Lakes, Windwhistle Grove, Briar Creek, Steeple Chase and Talaria Vineyards may also be shipped to VA and WA.
PA NJ DE ORDERS OF WINE BASKETS MUST EITHER BE DELIVERED OR PICKED UP.
Adult signatures are required on all wine shipments.

Product Substitution: In rare instances when demand outweighs supply of a particular item, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value at no additional charge
.
Order Processing:
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and total.

Personalization:
You should include your personalized message in the space provided on our order form. Make sure to check spelling, dates and words of all items. Once we receive your personalization request we will assume that it has been verified and approved by you.

 We are not subject to provide any compensation for personalization that was put in incorrectly. 

If you need to change personalization please make sure to contact Peach Blossom within 48 hours for favors, wedding accessories and decorations, 24 hours for gift baskets. We are not subject to change after that time period.


Hours of Operation:

We are available to take your calls Monday - Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm EST.

You may place an order on our site or fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Forms of Payment:

We accept all major credit cards; money orders, personal checks. Checks and Money orders are subject to verification before items are released. 

Refunds and Exchanges Policy:
Peach Blossom wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a partial.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number.

We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges.

 Please note that personalized products, perishable merchandise, clearance items and special order items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Please note that Peach Blossom is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS. USPS and FEDEX).

We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


Making A Purchase:

Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing and then click on the purchase button. You then will enter the shopping cart, where you will be asked to fill out your shipping & payment information.

All transactions are also SECURE AND VERIFIED through Authorize.net








Samples- Can be ordered online or by contacting us. You will be charged the unit price of the product sample(s) plus shipping and handling.

Catalog- we do not send a printed catalog in the mail. However we do offer a printable, online catalog of selected items on our website.

Change or cancel order- you can change or cancel an order if it has not been processed and shipped. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made unless done within 48 hours for favors, wedding accessories and decorations, 24 hours for gift baskets. 

After that all changes and cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee once the order has been processed.

Telephone Orders- can be placed Monday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (EST).
